Meiko Washing Machine for Westhaven

The Meiko Washer is a machine that sanitizes small items such as bedpans, urinals and raised toilet seats. If we are unable to sanitize our small items, it has been suggested we go to disposable cardboard urinals and bedpans. Unfortunately, our residents do not have the fine motor control to use a cardboard urinal resulting in spills and decreasing the quality of life for them. Plus, the use of disposable urinals and bedpans increases what is going into our landfills unnecessarily.
