West Coast General Hospital Foundation has wrapped up the Detect Cancer Quick Campaign with the purchase of a new Mammotome for the Operating Room at West Coast General Hospital. This device will allow for earlier detection of cancers in all patients, thus resulting in improved outcomes.  “The support from our community over the last year has been extraordinary,” says Executive Director Erin Williams. “Every donation has an impact and helps WCGH provide the best patient care possible for people who live, work and play in the Alberni Valley.”  ‍‍
