Monthly Giving
Monthly donations provide consistent support, enabling us to plan and implement long-term health care improvements.
Setting up a monthly donation is easy and ensures that you contribute regularly to enhancing patient care and facilities. You can set up your recurring donation on the Canada Helps website.
Planned Giving
Did you know that planned giving can reduce estate taxes and potentially increase financial benefits during your lifetime? You can choose to make a one-time gift or provide ongoing support.
If you are considering estate giving, a bequest, or exploring one of the other ways to give mentioned below, we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your gift. However, we strongly recommend consulting with professional and legal advisors first.

Volunteer

Given the flexible nature of our program, volunteers should be comfortable supporting Foundation operations as needs arise, such as aiding with administrative tasks, donor outreach calls, supporting our signature events, and many more.

Detect Cancer Quick Campaign
We are seeking your support as we fundraise for two new pieces of equipment that will assist our health care teams in detecting cancer. The Detect Cancer Quick Campaign includes a Mammotome for the Operating Room ($90,000) and an Endocavity Probe for the Emergency Department ($9,000).
Donor Recognition
We honor and appreciate the invaluable contributions of our donors who make our work possible.
The Foundation is honored to receive donations of any size. Every donor will receive a thank-you letter and a receipt for donations of $20 or more.
Donors whose cumulative gifts to the hospital total $5,000 or more can have their names added to our Donor Wall at the front entrance of the hospital, if they wish.
Donors whose cumulative gifts to Westhaven total $1,000 or more can have their names added to our Donor Recognition Plaque in the Westhaven lobby, if they wish.
